Kris Joy Sutton understands chronic pain. She has experienced several forms of chronic pain starting as a young child, including migraine, fibromyalgia, spinal fusion, endometriosis, and thyroid cancer. She brings this deeply felt, hard-won experience to her work with her clients.

This healing journey began in 1996 with her training to become an AmSAT Certified Alexander Technique Teacher, a form of mind-body education. 
Kris is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Pain Management Coach. She is also certified in Mindfulness-Based Pain Reduction by the Integrative Pain Science Institute and in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. Kris uses these techniques to help her coaching clients reduce pain and improve their quality of life.
